We offer limited local delivery to certain areas where we have physical store locations. These delivery options vary in availability, and are outlined in the shipping section of our checkout pages. Hours and days of availability may vary based on driver availability. Kamloops Vapor Lounge may, at our discretion, expand or reduce the delivery area or times at any time based on availability of the service. We utilize employees and/or private contractors for our deliveries. Local deliveries have an estimated delivery window of 2 hours, to allow for external delay factors and transport time. The 2 hour window is not a guarantee, and deliveries may take a longer period based on circumstance. There are no refunds, incentives or discounts if a delivery takes over the estimated 2 hours. Deliveries are fulfilled as soon as possible based on driver availability. If a delivery must be sent to a different address than submitted, please let us know as soon as possible. If a delivery must be cancelled, the product will be refunded in full, but the delivery fee will not be refunded as it is paid to a 3rd party contractor. 

Orders must be pre-paid before delivery is sent, we do not offer payment at the door. If you wish to provide an optional tip to the driver, please make it in cash as our drivers do not carry cash or payment equipment. Any special instructions for delivery should be included in the order notes to ensure a safe and quick delivery. The driver may need to contact you for instruction in some cases. All standard ID laws apply to deliveries. Valid Government issued ID must be presented on delivery, no exceptions. Orders may not be left at a door, or at a front desk, etc. The purchaser or authorized 19+ individual must be present for delivery. If the purchaser or other 19+ individual is not present for delivery, and contact cannot be made, the order will be returned and refunded, minus the delivery fee. If ID cannot be presented and the order must be returned, the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee on the products ordered. The delivery fee is not eligible for refund.
