Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
IMPORTANT 19+ DISCLAIMER
Kamloops Vapor Lounge is strictly a 19+ business. You must be over 19, or of legal age in your province, to view this website, or make purchases. Entering this website via our age gate serves as acknowledgement of these terms, and agreement that you are of legal age and legally able to view these products.
Kamloops Vapor Lounge will not supply vapor products or their derivatives to ANY person under legal age in any circumstance. You must present ID for all in-store pickups and deliveries, regardless of payment status. If we cannot verify your age, your sale will be refused. Additionally, we utilize Canada Post's age-gated shipping options, all shipments must have ID presented upon delivery, and signed by the recipient. Your package will not be left in the mailbox if the delivery is missed, and will have to be picked up at your nearest Canada Post office, with ID present as well.
If you are under 19 years of age and intentionally order products in violations of our terms, you will be blacklisted from any future orders, you will not receive any products, you will not receive a refund, as per our terms and conditions and refund policies.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available any day, 8am to 10pm. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup. Our curbside pickup is contactless. All orders must be paid before they may be picked up. 2 pieces of Government ID must be presented at pickup. If someone is picking up for you, we must be notified ahead of time, and they must also follow our ID policy.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees
We fulfill all shipping requests through Canada Post exclusively, to utilize Canada Post's age-gated delivery options. We only ship to Canada, excluding any locations where such products may be illegal (ie: Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Northwest Territories) We offer shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. You must present 2 pieces of Government issued ID upon delivery of any product.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We do not ship outside of Canada. Deliveries are limited to the immediate Kamloops area, and do not cover the surrounding area (ie: Chase, Savona, Pritchard, etc.). We will not ship to anyone under 19 years of age. We will not ship to Provinces where such vaping products have been banned, including:
- Nova Scotia
- Prince Edward Island
- New Brunswick
- Northwest Territories
- Nunavut
- Quebec
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
